Scooter wasn’t ready the day we arrived, First scooter had breaks, second was in an bad condition, scooter and taxi aren’t included in the booking price what could be accepted for this price, toilet upstairs was clogged after we checked in. the staff fixed it he second day but we reclaimed it the day before, we did a laundry and didn’t get or laundry bag back, unusually service for Thailand. overall a good experience though

-Amazing property with a nice size private pool. -Everything was very clean. -Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, spices. -Hosts are very cooperative and responsive -Location was around a 15 min walk from Sairee beach. -The villa is up a steep hill but its only a one minute walk

-No idea about the security situation on the island, but would have liked if there was a way to lock the main gate to the property. -I didn't stay longer.

A great place to stay for a couple or a couple with older children.

You cannot turn on the air con in the living room if someone is asleep upstairs. An annoying dilemma since we had young kids. There is also only one set of keys. The owners say that if you are one family you do everything together so there’s no problem!! Also the walk is not really 10min, and if you walk after dark most of your walk is in pitch black so you need to pay for expensive taxi rides everywhere you go. It adds up to a lot.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the terrace and garden area.
