Room size good with comfortable queen bed.
TV and WiFi easy to access and good.
Shower hot water very good, despite small size of shower.
Shower space very small, despite a good size bathroom.
Put us in a family room with 2 beds that not needed. Meant no chair to watch TV.
Location on side road meant access awkward. Had to go past and do a u turn.

We were misled by booking.com. A search for pet friendly accommodation in Horsham produced a list of several proprties including Glenlea. Upon arrival we were told that this was incorrect. Manager told me that this was not an uncommon problem and he supported my need for a refund. Please amend your website to accurately show only those premises that are truly pet friendly when searching for pet friendly accommodation. Please issue me with a refund. The Glynlea manager supports my need for a refund.

"Clean rooms, have everything you need, lady at reception was lovely and even gave us a little bottle of milk! Close enough to shops and main part of town"
