We stayed for a single night in a queen bed balcony room, it was very comfortable for two people. The loaction was amazing, super close to the city, waterfront and gorge. The free parking worked well and luckily the back carpark had spare room for us. The minibar, coffee/tea and snacks in the room were okay, nothing special but did the job. The local cafes and restaurants nearby were great!!! Definitely go to Cuccina cafe and the Boathouse restaurant if you stay here!
The bathroom was a little pokey and small. The TV didn't have internet or any sort of streaming service, so we mostly watched the AFL and local news after we got back from dinner. The carpark was small and filled up quickly out front, thank goodness for the back carpark!!

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Close to restaurants as well.
I’m travel a lot for my work and stay in many lower cost motels. Art hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the price. Would recommend to any traveler and talked highly about it to my friends.

Comfortable bed
The stairs…only access to room…difficult with luggage.
Bathroom very ordinary & dated. Poor water pressure in shower
