The location was good right near the Piazza di Duomo. The rooms were clean.
The only missing thing was an in-house bar. There was a small local bar opposite which was a bit of a substitute!

A lovely several centuries old building originally a palace home for a local family.
City centre with the welcome and highly unusual parking it couldn't be closer to the major attractions. Our room was a good size with a street facing balcony door. Nicely furnished and immaculately clean.
Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Cereal, toast, ham and cheese options, yogurts, fruits, breads and the usual selection of cakes with juice and coffee and tea

Excellent location, and the staff were helpful and friendly with really good communication before and during the stay. The rooms are basic, but had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They show that they're a 1-star hotel, but Italian hotel ratings can be deceiving, and this 1-star was better than a few 4-stars we stayed.

Lovely old building with a great history, Helpful staff and a great location to all the sites
Bed was very hard so not comfortable. Also the shower wasn’t great spraying a lot of water making the wooden floor inside the shower bay slippery.
