I visited The Resort with my wife Preeti and our daughter Megan on 22nd August 2026, we stayed in Room 316, we visited The Resort to celebrate my wife Preeti's 45th birthday and The Resort ensured that our stay was memorable, the room 316 was decorated with lots of balloons there was happy birthday bed runner, happy birthday pillow case and also a three layer cake like figure made out of towels, plus they provided a complimentary black forest Happy birthday pastry as well, the staff were all very polite and cordial, all were doing the namaste sign throughout, very nice experience, shall certainly return with my preetu and my megu, thank you The Resort for a very memorable celebration for my family and me, much appreciated, gratitude and love - Sheldon Salace

Loved the pool area

We as foreigners get very different treatment from the hotels in India.When we got there we where given a 2 star rating room,it was smelling damp and musky,the view was a pile of dirt and construction site.We complained to the manager ,he said he will change the room ,however we have to pay a difference in price .I then showed him what we had seen on booking.com and we wanted the room we had viewed and booked.He then changed our room ,view was just as bad ,he promised that we will get a new room in the morning. The next morning a new room was allocated to us.There was also a huge price difference between booking. com and the resort.I would like an explanation from booking.com.Hotels in Mumbai show star ratings of 4 and 5 ,but don't live up to the standards ,hence innocent Travellers getting caught out by booking them via bookin.com.
