Sunrise Attitude (Adults Only)

The room was big and clean, there was room service every day. The facilities were great, too: two pools, three restaurants, different bars (including one accessible from the pool), and access to a clean beach. However, the greatest thing about this hotel was the staff: they were very attentive and liked to get to know their guests. We even got some free snacks and a free cocktail (in addition to the welcome mocktail) during our stay! We also were a bit late to the rum-tasting activity, but the host still gave us all the shots (one after the other) to try. If you are on the fence between half-board and all inclusive, half-board is a great option. Since there are so many free activities, we actually got lunch for free one day in the form of a cooking class. We also did a glass-bottom boat ride which was very beautiful. Since the hotel is child-free as well, we can highly recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay during your honeymoon!

The hotel (like many places on the island) is pet-friendly and there was always a cat in the restaurant during the eating times. I am sure, they are clean and healthy, but it would be nicer if they were in a separate place.

We really enjoyed the resort itself. The location is beautiful, and the entire property is exceptionally well designed and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail throughout the resort is impressive, with a very thoughtful and unique design. The main pool is absolutely stunning, and the beach was clean, beautifully arranged and very well maintained. We also appreciated having drinks available directly on the beach. The room design was lovely, interesting and quite unique. The bed was extremely comfortable and soft, and all the small details in the room felt carefully thought through. The food was very tasty overall, with around 80% of what we tried being genuinely delicious. The desserts in particular were excellent, and it was clear that a lot of attention had been given to this part of the dining experience.

There are several areas where we feel the experience could be improved. We understand and appreciate the resort’s sustainability concept. However, having only one bottle of water in the room and requiring guests to refill or exchange it themselves was not particularly convenient. There was only one refill station, which meant making several trips throughout the day just to get drinking water. Sustainability is a great idea, but it should still be balanced with guests’ comfort and convenience. The buffet food was tasty, but the selection was quite limited. We would have appreciated considerably more variety, especially at lunch and dinner. There were also very few fresh fruits available, and they were mostly served as a mixed fruit selection, cut into small pieces. It would be much more convenient to have individual fruits available as well, so guests can simply choose what they like. We also felt that some aspects of the sustainability concept were communicated in a way that was not quite appropriate for a resort presentation. For example, being told during the welcome presentation that guests can take a blue bag to collect rubbish from the beach felt unusual. We absolutely support keeping the beach clean and would naturally pick up rubbish if we saw it, but this could be communicated through a sign or information board rather than being presented as part of the guest experience. Another issue was the sunscreen provided at the pools. We were told during the presentation that SPF was available at both pools, but the dispensers were empty every single day. This was not simply a case of them running out during the day — we were often at the pool very early in the morning, and they were already empty. If a facility is advertised as available to guests, it should actually be maintained and refilled. We also noticed pool cleaning taking place during the early morning, around 8–10 AM, when guests were already using the pool.

We didn’t have the best impression when we first arrived. As we didn’t have a tour arranged on our arrival day, we initially felt a little left out and felt that some of the staff were a bit dismissive of our questions (We saw others getting tours and it probably would have answered a lot of our questions). However, once we started exploring the hotel by ourselves, our experience completely changed. We ended up having a fantastic time and enjoyed so many great activities, including beach volleyball, yoga, a Sega music experience, rum tasting, karaoke and a local food cooking class. The variety of activities really made our honeymoon memorable. A special mention to the entertainers Chris, Momo and Jonas, who were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, welcoming and brought so much energy to the activities. The gym is also very well equipped, which was a great bonus. Breakfast was tasty, with a great variety of options, and we really enjoyed all the restaurants. If you stay here, make sure you book The Social House and Kot Nou. Sebastien and Neelam were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our dining experiences delightful. They are very eco-friendly as well, which was great to see, as we are big fans of avoiding waste and keeping things green. Overall, although our first impression wasn’t the best, we ended up having a wonderful stay, with lots of activities, great food and some lovely memories that we will take home with us.

Lengthy and tedious check in process given that we arrived at night and were the only guests. Slow drink service, could it be because it's all Inclsuive and the hotel is trying to save on costs Also the drinks were underwhelming, terrible wine selection plus cocktails were not consistent only one guy Don did a great job Food was average, mostly served cold or could end up burning on the chaffing dishes , attempted booking fine dining at Social house even 24hrs prior and was told it was fully booked The massage was a joke! 90mins for over 100 USD, don't even bother The rooms were basic, less amenities just pack well Never been to a hotel where you collect your coffee and sign for it for the each day of your stay from a shop Not to forget some of the waiters were always gloomy, terrible service waiting for drinks and cutlery to be replaced on the tables
