Very convenient for York city centre, good value for money.

Location, price, ground floor room, comfy bed.
Would have liked a grab rail in shower.

Mark was a very helpful and friendly host. He assisted with parking (always difficult in medieval cities) and gave us a few pointers on places to visit.
The location was easy walking distance to the main attractions so we could leave the car parked for the day.
There were many eating places nearby and access to the city walls was 5 mins away.

Great central location, great clear instructions via email for key access, nice room, comfortable bed, not noisy
Might have been just bad luck but not a drop of hot water to shower by, even though I was up at 07:00 am. Bathroom facilities otherwise fine.
