Great location, helpful staff
The carpet needs replacing or at least a deep clean regularly. Even the hallway carpets were quite dirty along the walls
The hand-held washing spray for the toilet did not have a spray nozzle. Apparently most rooms do not have one in that hotel. It’s time they caught up with the rest of the world

The hotel was clean,the service was commendable, the staff were courteous,helpful and polite and the breakfast was remarkably good.

Beds and rooms
The breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool was nice and the gym was clean
The toilet does not have a sink and the shower is separate from the toilet

Near the Buraq fast train station. The singer and the band in the restaurant were good.
The beds were sagging on the sides.
The restaurant has a very dated gloomy tent like fabric ceiling. Ordered lamb shoulder but was served lamb leg. The lamb leg had the bones, which confirmed it. Complained to the waiter who insisted it was lamb shoulder. When I challenged him to show me the shoulder bone he went to the kitchen and came back with a clean shoulder bone on a plate. That bone was clearly a shoulder bone, but it did not belong to the lamb leg in my plate. I told him that, and he did not utter a word.
