The reception staff is fantastic Oumaima is provide us good service and she is professional and she treated us very well I would like to mention also her staff , khadija (she is so kind and friendly) Room good with nice view

This hotel is gorgeous, both the hotel itself and the room. I did not have time to look at the facilities as I was only there for one night but it definitely felt like a 5 star experience, especially in terms of the staff. Thank you to Tarik specifically for all of his help, not only with things like luggage but also with helping me find the safest transportation on my way out as a single woman alone in a foreign country. He had a great sense of humor and a positive attitude. I am not sure if it is appropriate to tip someone in his position but I should have done so. The staff at the hotel restaurant also provided excellent service, even placing the serviette on my lap before the food was served, which I did not expect. I had a positive experience with all of the staff, from when I got out of the taxi to going to the front desk and the rest of my stay. The room itself came with slippers which I really appreciated and the bed was very comfortable. Just know that there appear to be two different kinds of elevators, one for staff and one for guests. Thank you all for making me feel special, seen and supported.

Unfortunately, the noise level was high from my room. I am not sure if it was because I was on the street side with all of the traffic but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a quieter room if possible.

I loved the room and the bed and bedding are the most comfortable I have experienced in all my years of travelling as a hotel company executive. But best of all were the staff at reception. Oumaima and Khadija were really outstanding, looking after us in every way possible with efficiency, kindness and a great sense of humour. Oumaima organised a city tour and a taxi for us to the airport and did everything to assist us throughout our stay.

Perhaps the breakfast could be improved on, I would give it 4 stars (still good) rather than 5.

Our bathroom header smell that we couldn’t get rid of
