Poor quality for a 4 star hotel...in my room there was not a hairdryer...bad breakfast

I've been staying at this Hotel for many times now. i got to make a good friendly relationship with the staff and yet it's my first review. Andres, Edwin, Eduard and all of the front desk staff are all exceptional. Breakfast is the best. (There should always be a soup tho✌🏼) The gentleman at the breakfast is always very accomodating ang helpful. Thank You guys for making my and my family stay very convenient and feels like at home. Many listed facilities do not exist. No airport shuttle, but they will call a taxi for you. No bar and the restaurant does not seem to function regularly after breakfast. Breakfast was pretty terrible. Week old arepas and grey scrambled eggs.

Modern, comfortable, and spacious rooms. I can't really see myself using the gym (consisting of one treadmill) and sauna (very small), yet it's still nice to have these amenities. There are many ATMs, fancy restaurants, and nice cafes around; however, it's far from the Transmileno line. Considering the lower price compared to similar business hotels, it's a solid option for those who need to be in Chapinero.

I had some issues regarding my check-out: I had asked for late check-out beforehand which was confirmed by the staff in written form. Still, another employee said it wasn't possible due to the hotel being fully booked. After some time, and messages from other employee shown, suddenly all rooms weren't full anymore and I was able to check-out late (for 80k pesos). Even though their demeanor was always professional and friendly, accuracy of communication to customers and between staff must be improved. Similarly, check-in was very slow, I understand it's not possible to check in before the set time, but this hotel should be as strict about letting people in without any hassles on time as they are about not letting them in before the set time: I had to wait 30-40 minutes before I was let in.

Clean, affordable and beautiful hotel in the Chapinero area

The hotel was pretty and nice with a great location, the staff was nice when you reach out to them but they could have been more helpful with the guests and provide some key information. The room was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning lady was very polite and efficient every time she cleaned our room. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice, but not many options on the five days we stayed, it was pretty much the same everyday.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and the lobby staff was nice during our check in, but they didn't look like they were even waiting for us, or have anything prepared, and once we complete the check in they just gave us the room key and the told us the room number and didn't even went to show us the room, or explain anything regarding the amenities, breakfast time or any helpful information at all, never show any interest on how we were doing or into our expectations/comfort during the stay. Also, the room walls are too thing, we could hear everything that was happening on the halfway or in the side rooms, even when the bathroom was flushed we could hear the water running through the pipes... Also, the room was nice for a couple, but the bathroom has not privacy at all (the door has not lock) and the extractor wasn't working at all. Ohhh, another thing, they could have add at least a courtesy water bottle in the room for you to be able to get a coffee cup in the expresso machine, but there wasn't any in the room.
