Location. amenities
Insufficient wine glasses in the common kitchen. Air-conditioning lacking & poor ventilation in the common kitchen area.

Location is good, near to MRT stations. The bar even have live music at night. The room was spacious with a queen bed. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I think I will go back.
The bathroom sink was a bit too small. I’m quite petite myself, but even I found it difficult to lean over and wash my face without splashing water outside the sink.

Great location. Small but well equipped and clean room. Quiet. Good value for Singapore. Luggage storage available.
A bit more choice at breakfast would be good. Would prefer if luggage storage was monitored BT staff

Close to the airport that’s what we needed. Nice views of the skyline we were on a quite high floor. Got upgraded (apparently) at check in. Which was into a room slightly bigger than a shoebox. Room was clean though, only one night there I couldn’t do any longer if needed.
Size of the room. The bar downstairs wasn’t attached to the hotel so had to swap the wine glass for a plastic but hey ho. The bed was not a full size queen or king or whatever it claimed to be. The sink was in the room itself not the bathroom which was odd.
