Great value for money for a Singapore grand prix weekend! Great pantry, in room kitchen and ease of use.

Perhaps really bad timing but daily occurrences of false alarms, 2 fire alarms and 1 wake up radio at 7am

No staff support to carry/ bring luggage from ground floor. Didn’t seem to have a restaurant.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our entire visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed,and featured a very comfortable bed with high-quality linens. The location was also perfect- central yet quite enough for a peaceful night's rest. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

The location was excellent. It was conveniently close to the MRT, which made getting around Singapore very easy, and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was within easy reach, which made exploring the city so convenient

The housekeeping service was disappointing. Housekeeping only came every other day, and even when they did come, the cleaning felt incomplete. For example, they did not wash the cups or glasses in the sink. I had the same cup and glass sitting in the sink for all five days of my stay, despite housekeeping coming twice during that time. I expected a more thorough level of housekeeping, especially for a five-day stay. I was also not impressed with the breakfast offering. The Grab & Go options were not really to my taste. When a hotel offers breakfast, I personally expect a more substantial, plated sit-down breakfast selection. There was also an issue with the breakfast collection system. On two of the five days, someone else had apparently collected my breakfast, which was very confusing. I then had to spend around five minutes explaining that I had not collected or received the breakfast. This was frustrating and suggests that the system could be improved to ensure that guests receive the breakfast allocated to them.
