the food, the staff, the kids facilities, the pool villa. everything there was excellent

food is very expensive, good but very expensive compared to Thailand prices. The hotel is not located on the beach, we had to use Anantara Mai Kaho hotel facilities, and there I felt very uncomfortable. Right when I went to use one of the beach chairs of Anantara Mai Khao an employee jumped at me and asked for my room number. I said that I stay at Anantara Vacation Club and in return he pointed to the corner where there are designated pool chairs… I felt really uncomfortable by that and practically it ruined my feeling… It felt as if I am treated as coach class on an airplane despite paying for first class tickets

not enough restaurants and food options. not enough public pools.

Great for families. We have a 9 year old who loved the pool and teen zone, a 4 year old who loved the kids club and kid's activities, and a 2 year old who loved the water park and kids club. Our 2 bedroom was extremely clean and spacious. The washer and dryer was also very useful. Easy access to the beach by complimentary buggy, however we also decided to walk back a few times.

The food was slightly more expensive than I was expecting. However, there are other places to eat nearby.

It wasn’t directly on the beach but don’t be put off, it’s a 2 second buggy ride to the most beautiful beach where all the Anantara facilities are there.

spa was very far from my room i have to go to another section. also the beach is in different side, we have to ride to reach there

Everything..the hospitality was great. The staff were very very helpful and always smiling. The private pool was fantastic and well maintained. Nothing was too kuch for the staff. The breakfast is really nice and they have a good variety. The kids pool is perfect for younger children.

The hotel is ot on the beach, you have to walk 800 m or take a buggy to get to the beach , keep it in mind if you are travelling with infants and kids The beach is empty, no sun beds, no umbrellas, the current is quite strong. If you want a vacation on the beach it is not the perfect choice of the hotel At the time of our stay kids had to wear masks in the baby club, even my 1 yo infant

I like the landscape of the resort and the pool.

Breakfast was so so and we expect better food with the price we paid.
