Pool area exceptional and good fun for kids was the large TV movie screen where the kids can watch it from the pool. Breakfast will very organised - good quality and very helpful staff. All the staff went out there way to be helpful and make you feel welcome The best part of the hotel was the rooms i.e we had the two bedroom apartment which includes a fully functional kitchen ( Washing machine and dryer ) and the kids room ( 2nd bedroom ) with decorated with the Cars theme - the rooms have been done to a very high standard and located near the pool/play area.

The kids club lay out wasn't great with very limited space for kids aged 1-3 ....given the size of the hotel and the fact they are catering for families I would suggest a larger soft play area and a reshuffle of the layout - Perhaps look at the JW Marriott Khao Lak as an example of whats possible and works very well. There is only one place to eat if you are staying for a few days I would suggest wondering across the road to utilise JW hotel restaurants.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. We had great service.

Breakfast was very crowded with little staff. Not always clean tables or floors. Coffee was always late and cold. Food by end of breakfast time was not displayed nicely, food in warmers were cold and not very fresh.

Kids club

The bathroom had a horrible smell, it smelt like sewage was coming up through the pipes. The shower had no door and water was getting out all over the place. It was low season and it seemed like they were short staffed, it took them awhile to clean up trash. Public restroom had feces all over the toilet, had no paper towels for awhile. The staff was often times very slow (cleaning, house keeping, buggy pick up) was all very slow - I can’t imagine staying here when it’s busy season. Beach was full of trash.
