Die Lage und die guten Fenster !! Ziemlich ruhig wenn zu !
Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch und überhaupt nicht den Fotos entsprechend !!! Keine Bilder .. Möbel Ausstattung sehr dürftig . Einfach nicht gemütlich … leider .. dazu war Fön kaputt .. und der unfreundliche staff am Telefon war auch kein Hit . Hängt Telefon einfach auf , als ich 2 mal reklamierte !! Fön wurde dann erst bei unserer Abreise repariert !! Kein Kundendienst !!

Fantastic location in the midst of cafes, bars, restaurants and retail. Spacious and a roof terrace with amazing views - a bonus.
The lift was not working our entire stay and our apartment was top floor. We weren’t advised of that prior to arrival.

La ubicación, la limpieza. El ama de llaves excelente.
Nunca hubo comunicación cordial con el anfitrión. El ascensor dañado y está ubicado en un cuarto piso el alojamiento. La alcoba es en un altillo de techo bajo muy incómodo. El secador de pelo funciona solo un minuto y se apaga, el casillero para dejar las maletas mientras eran las dos de la tarde no sirve y se quedó con los 4 € que costaba y el anfitrión contestó que no era su problema.

Great location, plenty of room, and very safe with the door code.
Directions on where to go were a bit difficult, since I was from out of the country. But, once I found the apartments, it was easy to access. The bathroom had a strange smell, even after housekeeping cleaned it.

The elevator did not work - we contacted the agency. They promised that it will be fixed, but nothing happen.
We were 5 persons in the flat and 3 of us were depended of an elevator. We are old people and rent the flat specielly because of the elevator.

The location was very convenient. There was street noise, street car passes in front of unit 24/7. Noise from bar goers.
The kitchen was fully equipped.
The was a lack of furniture. A bed was the couch. Table lamps on the floor.

The locker facility was good. Great use of technology for check in! Very spacious rooms.
No lock from inside for bathroom. Would have been nice to have earlier check in as we left also earlier.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Tremendous view and a superb balcony. Phone support was helpful.
Room was in the process of cleaning at the moment that we arrived. Too much information was demanded for the check-in.

we couldn’t use hot water a lot, so we had to wait until we can use it again at least 30min. It should be fixed if they have bathtub, if not, people can’t use the bathroom comfortably.

A bit confusing to find the property but I believe this was just because the elevator was broken when we visited and we had to use another door to access it.

- two bathrooms but both had baths with stand in showers and the water went everywhere resulting in black mould
-the decor had no style
-the entrance was not at the provided address but around the corner 60m away. we had to ask some locals who brought us there
-the entrance stank of old bins and was used as a toilet by drunken locals

The property was spacious, safe and secure, clean, great facilities. We saved money cooking meals when we don't want to eat out and having a spacious dining table to accommodate the family.
There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet sometimes. Ventilation in the toilet could be improved.

The property looked beautiful online. We booked because of the terrace and the space. When we got there, it was a big disappointment. The whole apartment smelled like sewage. We thought that it might air out if we opened the windows, but as soon as we closed them, the smell immediately reappeared. The smell was so bad that we could not eat inside and had to sit outside and eat on the terrace. The terrace was dirty and had spilled drinks or juice on the table with hairs stuck in it. Inside, the couches had white stains on it, which made us uneasy to relax. We had to throw the extra sheets on top of the couches before we sat down. There were also many bugs or gnats flying around that were coming from the drains. Also, the drain was stuck in the bathroom and we could not get it up, so it was filled with water and we had to brush our teeth in the sink
