Noisy on the weekend into the early hours due to the bars, but that’s to be expected in this area.

Purtroppo siamo capitati all'appartamento n. 4, la scomodità più assoluta sono le scale. Niente ascensore e scale veramente strette e ripide. Portare su e giù le valigie è stata un'impresa molto ma molto faticosa. Nel momento in cui apri la porta di ingresso al piano terra non c'è spazio per appoggiare i bagagli e riuscire a chiudere contemporaneamente la porta, quindi bisogna iniziare subito a salire la scala infernale. Quindi cari viaggiatori se pensate di arrivare con bagagli ingombranti o se avete problemi motori chiedete subito se ha disponibilità nell'alloggio più basso, ovvero il 2, altrimenti cambiate.

During the heatwave we loved the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. The property was comfortable and clean and in a great location.

On arrival we received a message that the three flights of narrow, steep and irregular stairs were unsuitable for disabled people or people with impaired mobility. This warning should have been explicit prior to booking. The owners knew before our arrival that the washing machine was not working. Over the course of a couple of conversations we pieced together that it had been broken for some time, long before we rented the property. When we first raised concerns about the broken washing machine, we were told to use a spoon handle to manipulate the machine door open. We explained that the door could be opened and closed but that the water did not come on and the machine did not operate. We were given the run-around for a couple of days and made to feel like fools. Once we finally convinced management that the machine was not working, we did receive an apology and an offer to reimburse us if we used the laundrette a few doors down. Our point though is that they advertised the property including a washing machine in the full knowledge that it did not work. Indeed, the concierge told us they had no intention of fixing it. We had a similar issue with the television. We have never operated a television through HDMI and were unable to get it working without assistance. Again we were made to feel like fools. I did suggest that a sheet of instructions for future visitors would be a good idea. In brief, our interactions with the property managers were not positive.
