This is a lovely hotel set in the heart of Verona. The Arena and castle are a short walk away, There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and a comfy bed. It was self check in but, when we needed to speak to a member of staff they arrived ver quickly. I would gladly stay here again.

Location to all attractions & restaurants. Easy access, lovely courtyard.
Communication good & staff very helpful.
Not enough coffee & sugar for our 4 day stay.

Location
Our room was not sufficiently soundproofed and we could hear the conversations from the upstairs apartment. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The shower door in the bathroom wasn't secure. There was exposed wiring near the area of the bathroom sink.

"Ristrutturata finemente, ampi spazi di condivisione soprattutto il cortile interno. Camera e bagno ampi ed ho gradito moltissimo il caffè!"
