The suite was large and spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owner was very welcoming.

Breakfast was slightly cold, probably because the table was beautifully set and therefore took time to do so. No toast, bread wasn’t very nice.

This is a stunning property located in the centre of Verona, a very easy walk to all amenities. Jakub, reception manager was lovely, very warm and welcoming, an excellent ambassador for Palazzo Monga and the warm Italian people. He is a true asset.

Beautifully restored palazzo in a great location in the center of lovely Verona. the proprietor, Julia, and Jakob saw to it that our every need was met; took car of our car, made dinner reservations, etc. Our room was perfect, well appointed, and large with very high ceilings. a beautiful, quiet place to hang your hat while in Verona.

The guesthouse is fantastic - the location is perfect, the room beautiful and incredibly spacious and the hospitality outstanding. Both Jakub and Julia went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Jakub’s restaurant recommendations were amazing - we were SO happy with his advice!

The property is perfectly located, and the room (we had the presidential suite) was gorgeous, precisely as advertised. The breakfast served in our room was incredible. Perhaps the best feature of the property though was the owner/ manager, who proved incredibly helpful and thoughtful for the whole duration of our stay.

An absolutely lovely place in the heart of Verona, we were welcomed super friendly and Jakub helped us with everything we needed, just a lovely place to be at and explore Verona. Thank you!

There are a hand full of truly fine hotels in the world and the Palazzo Monga is one of them. The experience begins as your driver waits to take you to your hotel from your arrival in Verona. Upon entering the hotel you will be in awe of the quality of the finishes which are truly world class. Inlaid wood floors ceilings that reach the sky and the kind of service that will make you happy that you chose this property for your trip. Julia who is the owner and her team take care of all of your needs. From making breakfast for you if you wish daily and delivering it to your room to making sure any desires you may have are met. The quality of the rooms and the large bathrooms are truly amazing for a boutique hotel. If you had ever been to the Plaza Hotel when it was in its glory that is what Julia and her team provide for you. They will make all dinner reservations and arrange for any transportation needs that you may have during your stay. If you truly want a once in a lifetime experience at a truly world class hotel you need to experience the Palazzo Monga. Thank you Julia and your team.

The only thing we didnt like was that after 12 days of staying in this beautiful hotel we had to leave and come home.

By far the most amazing hotel suite we have ever stayed in! Everything was just perfect. We are already looking to return again to Verona just to stay here. Do yourself a favour and book this place!
