I liked the central location of the apartment, the staff is also very kind and helpful with anything you need.

I did not like the bed in the living room which was a little bit uncomfortable but doable. Also, the breakfast is very delicious, although the same sandwhich every morning.

To get there you had to find a taxi that had premission to get into the area, beacuse it was restricted. Or otherwise you have to take the luggage up the hill on an old town road.

Super comfy and immaculate and well stocked with equipment for cooking. Breakfast was wonderful next door at the lovely little cafe.

Only thing to note is the description said two living rooms but there is only one.

Great location and host was very helpful. Also plenty if space in the flat.

We had a very pleasant stay in Fuchal, the flat was big enough for three. The street in front of the house is unfortunately not as quiet, but we still slept well. The communication in advance was very reliable and friendly. Below the flat is a small restaurant owned by the landlord, where a small breakfast is served on weekdays. It is highly recommended to stop by for lunch as well, because he serves very tasty, fresh and inexpensive food - lovingly prepared by the landlord himself. We can recommend the accommodation and would come again.

A little more cleanliness would have been even nicer :)

Very nice apartment, big and clean, excellent position. Ronald was super nice with us. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook in the apartment. Even if the position was quite central we always found place to park the car pretty close to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this house when travelling to madeira!

Loved: * the size of the apartment, so two adults and two kids had a plenty of room even to play hide'n'seek. *location in the city. *amenities-washing maschine, fridge.. *the most friendly coffee shop owner, where we had our breakfast. He serves the best coffee in Funchal!! *friendly and helpful owner

This is just for thinking for those, who have little kids-this place has high stairs, so I would not reccomend it for you. As the apartment is located in city center, you can hear every noise from the street-cars and people passing by. Eventually, we got used to it.

perfect location, comfort bed, clean and nice, reality the same as on the photos, well equipped kitchen, washing machine available, spacious, good and fast contact with the owner, delicious sandwiches for breakfast plus coffee/tea (no other choice)

no cleaning, nor towels changing during whole stay (4 days), difficulty with drying clothes (December), breakfast not available during bank holidays and weekends (no information on website), might be noisy at night with windows open, difficulty with parking place on the street in vicinity but near by paid parking available (just Google where)
