Value for money and location excellent in Old Quarter.
Had family room on the 6th floor with comfy king bed and 2 single beds. Room was very big with balcony and ensuite. Buffet style breakfast was great, included ordering off a menu as much as you want(eggs Benedict, breakfast sandwich, french toast, Pho). Staff were great and very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again. Cannot beat location to lake, night markets and exploring the old quarter.

Great Location. Amazing staff. Limited options of veg food in breakfast. Overall good size of the room. The washroom was also big with a separate bath and shower area. All the staff from reception, kitchen and house keeping were really warm and friendly. A lot of great spots at walking distance from the Hotel.
Limited options for Veg Food in breakfast. Extra 5% charge for payment via Credit Card.

Location is good and the staff are nice
Old and moldy. Bad small from elevator.
The pictures are far from reality.
We thought it will be ok for that price, but got prove wrong.
The were some kind of construction in the floor above starting at 08:00 am every day- the staff pretending not to know about that.
