It was very satisfying with great Customer Service.
There was no hand dryer or no tissues for drying hands in the toilets.

Perfect location and atmosphere for solo travellers. I opted for a private room and it had everything I needed. Food and drinks downstairs were nice. Staff were really friendly.
There was water in the coffee machine that looked like it had been there for weeks, there was dust and little bugs creating a film over it, and the desk which it sat on was also very dusty, but the rest of the room/bathroom were immaculate and smelt bleach clean as soon as I walked in.
