Hotel 65

The hotel was nice and well organised. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with everything. I initially didn’t have any towels because there was an issue with the delivery, but when I returned from the city, I found the towels had been delivered to my room. The room was clean, and the towels were changed every day. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. At the end of my stay, you can also leave your luggage at the hotel and go back into the city. They have a special luggage storage area, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

The only things I would change are the check-in hours and the TV. I would recommend having a better TV that allows guests to connect their phones to it.

The staff were amazing very polite very helpful excellent

For us, the properties perfect location will definitely go back again

This is the second time I’ve chosen to stay at Hotel 65; I had such a good experience the first time that I brought my family along this year! We stayed in a beautiful, spacious, and spotless room in a newly renovated building. The location is excellent—close to the bus stop for Shepherd's Bush station, yet the station is also easily accessible on foot. The area is lovely and well-connected; we enjoyed taking evening strolls there simply because the neighborhood is so nice. Plus, Holland Park and Notting Hill are easily reachable by either walking or public transport. All in all, it’s always a pleasure to return to Hotel 65; the staff are welcoming, kind, helpful, and patient. It has become my favorite hotel in London! I’ll certainly be back soon!

The only downside is the lack of surfaces or shelves in the bathroom. A shelf in the shower, in particular, would have been convenient.

Fermata bus davanti l'hotel.

Colazione scarsa, pochi asciugamani e non sempre puliti, idem lenzuola. Troppo caos la notte.
