I think one of the best hotels in Amman , it should be 7 stars . Nice location , super friendly staff . Clean rooms and freshly food served on the buffets.

Rooms and cleanliness was good

The lack of options if you had dietary requirements was very poor and, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We are vegetarians and do not eat eggs, this was mentioned on the first day but no effort was made to accomodate us that morning but noted for the next day. However when we came down for breakfast, our request had been ignored and there was nothing for us to eat. Again no effort was made until we asked if they could manage to make something substantial without eggs. For 2 days breakfast for us was cold salad only until we pushed for flatbread or pizza base without eggs. The staff should have been more forthcoming with option like other hotels we stayed at in Jordan.
