The hotel has really handy basement parking with key access. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and everything tasted great, plus the restaurant view made mornings feel even nicer. The location is super convenient — close to the centre, the mall, and there’s a supermarket just down the street. And the basement pool is lovely for a relaxing swim.
I’m sorry to say that the hotel needs some maintenance and better cleaning, especially in the shower area. It did bother us during our stay, but I truly believe that if the hotel is taken care of, it can be one of the best value options in Sofia.

i liked the beds are very confortable
the HEATING NOT WORKING, I was freezing and my throat was hurting . The Bathroom needs a revius as there was black marks on the bath tub

Gabby the staff member was lovely. Bed was comfy.
Spa facilities were always closed. Open half the time. Mould in the bathroom. Little bit grimy.
