Bedroom was cleaned every day which we appreciated. Accessible to the Port and assistance with other activities at the resort were helpful. Helpful with my husband's allergy to dairy.
Unfortunately, we were not told about the fact that several of their restaurants were shut during our stay. The restaurants were quite pricy and there wasn't much acknowledgement that it was our honeymoon. There was also a wedding on our last night and they cancelled our booking saying they tried to call us from our room which we were in all afternoon. We did get an apology and food in the end but overall we were a little disappointed in the quality of our stay.
