The staff were wonderful. Subha, Peppi and Nirjalo made me feel at home and helped overcome some of the quirks of the property.

The property is a renovated 4 storey house. There is a lift but it only works while the restaurant is open. I had to leave my bag downstairs on the last night so I could leave early in the morning. The first room I was in overlooked an outdoor bar which is noisy. The bathroom was added on as a little box in the corner. I asked to move and went to a much nicer room. Breakfast is served in another location and started too late to fit with my Malta day tours. The location is good and the restaurant serves great food. Thank you again to the staff for taking care of me.

Great location in Valetta for a 4 night stay.

The property and bedroom s need updating across most things. Everything worked just old and in parts broken.

The view is perfect! We stayed in the top room with a patio, with an incredible, unobtrusive view of the harbor, fort etc.

I had no complaints, but I also understood Malta and its buildings are very old, hilly, involves stairs, tiny elevators, and moves at its own pace. Which we embraced and loved it. Good point to know, there are 2 locations owned by this establishment. Each of the collections of rooms are in buildings over the Luciano’s restaurants. No central 24hr reception, with the elevators opening into restaurants. The one we stayed in did involve lots of city stairs to go up and down to. These are common throughout the city. But for the view we had no issue

Location is perfect! Breakfast is not at the same location, but is a few minutes walk to the main street. Even though the breakfast is not at the same location, the food was great. It is a la cart breakfast. Staff was responsive and welcoming as well. They let us use the room a few hours after the official check out which was very convenient.

Hygiene was very poor which suprised us. Even if the towels were changed every day, towels were dirty (or at least had some stains). Bathroom as well was not very clean. There was a lot of dust on nightstands, shelves. There was an iron in the room which left limescale on my shirt. I'm writing this as a constructive feedback - hotel location is perfect, overlooking the waterfront and the sea. Building looks marvelous and it is an atraction for tourist. Room design is also very nice. Having all this in mind, hygiene is something that can be easily improved.
