The guy attending the pool the last days we where there was extremely helpful, also in terms of providing suggestions for reasturants etc. Breakfast is really good. Pool area is nice - get a room close to this area.

The first room we got had mold stains on a lamp and smelled really unhealthy. Staff said it was just moist - which was not true (see attached picture). After complaining to booking.com they upgraded us to a suite which was nice though and near the pool. After breakfast in the morning there was no other food options (most days because of shortage of staff) and hence the rooms needs a refrigerator if that is the case, especially when traveling with a child. Staff told us we could use the refrigerator by the reception but changed their mind about that during our stay. Cleaning could also go up a notch as there were old cigarettes from previous guest and this wasn’t cleaned while we were there.
