The size of the villa and location was great. The staff was more than accommodating.

The chairs in the dining room was uncomfortable and it was difficult to work the stove top.

location near beach, lots of space, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms , ocean views right across street, and AC!

We did have to taxi everywhere except beach but we were fine with that as taxi prices reasonable.

Nice little apartment, suitable for 4 people, spacious terrace on the 3rd floor next to the second bedroom. We were greeted with a basket of food, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily park your car in the free lot next to the apartment.

The bathroom to the second bedroom on the 3rd floor is very small, there is no shower cabin, the shower ends right between the toilet and the sink.

Very good location,you can see and listen the ocen from the bed. Extremely kind owners,they left us wellcome gifts, clean clothes for free. Would highly recommend

Location was chosen to be outside town centre, but within 40 minutes walk of restaurants. Sea views from the balconies. Kitchen was very well equipped and good appliances. Air conditioning in all rooms was great. Bedrooms light and airy. We were pleasantly surprised when we returned one afternoon mid-stay to fresh towels and beds made and a hand written note later with a bottle of wine. Non white towels for visiting thermals pools essential and provided. Beware not to wear anything light when visiting - Furnas visit ended with bright orange legs where sun cream attracted the minerals. White t-shirt and underwear similarly affected, but it washed out at home

Ground floor bathroom with shower needed attention to the shower door which had a big gap between it and the bath- caused a lot of water on the floor first time we used it!! Shower head fixing was loose, and with excellent water supply the force required it to be held to prevent floods off the door. More care after reduced spillage. Safety box was not fixed, so could have been just picked up and taken so we didn’t use it

Just off the main street which leads to downtown PDL, the location was excellent. A quick 5 minute drive to PDL, Populo, Lagoa all close by! Parking was very easy since you didn't need to park on the street and checking in also very simple. The house has everything needed to cook meals and had a great deck from the master bedroom for drinks or lounging. We did have an issue with the water heater but Hugo was right over to fix the issue immediately. Unfortunately the unexpected can happen, but it was Hugo's quick response which kept this from being a negative

The layout of the villa was a bit strange. There were two bathrooms, one in the master and the other was on the first floor while both bedrooms were on the 3rd. So if a guest bed user needed to use the bathroom at 1am they would have to walk down two flights. The shower in this bathroom was a bit tricky as well, the nozzle needs to be mounted higher

Very friendly and communicative hosts, they had left a care package for me with food and some breakfast items; the property is huge and could have accommodated 4 people; great terrace with ocean views; Comfortable beds; Great location with walking distance to bigger town

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa! Good location to discover the island, lovely terrace with ocean view and helpful manager to take care of your requests.

We had the whole villa for two of us but for a bigger family/2 couples it would probably be less comfortable as both bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, one with direct access to the bathroom but the 2nd bathroom is on the 1st floor.
