Beautiful interior, very clean, enough towels, shower gel and shampoo. The room also had water bottles and welcome sweets. We enjoyed the pleasant communication with the hotel staff. On the ground floor near the reception there is a microwave and a kettle, it is very convenient that you can warm up food for yourself and make tea.
This is not a minus, rather just our note for others. There was no personal hair dryer in the room, but we got one from reception.

I really liked our stay there. In case I'll go to Madrid, i will probably choose the same place. Rooms were clean and silent. We came to hotel by car, so i don't know if it is good with public transportation. There is a nice churros and coffee house nearby.

Good location near the airport. Easy check in and parking. Communicative staff.
Noisy at night in the building due to bad sound insulation. I could hear people taking a shower, walking up the stairs, etc. Sound almost seemed amplified.

This is a gorgeous hotel with fantastic value for the price. The room was bright and comfortable with a TV and clean bathroom.

The staff is friendly. The location is central. Close to Madrid and surroundings by car. Free parking close by.

Very clean. Larger rooms. Very central to the plaza that has a lot of restaurants and coffee bars and other stores.
Need to buy water and whatever food you will need if not eating out at times.
The little fridge did not work.
I am not used to very thick hard long pillows. Had to get a smaller one like we use in Canada.
