Very pleasant staff very helpful
The breakfast the 2nd morning went down at 8.15 and there was no orange juice no cheese no croissants no cups and first morning the hot food was stone cold

The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to help and fulfil my requests. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The cleaning staff were also very efficient. WiFi was very fast and reliable.
Sound proofing was very poor between adjacent rooms. The breakfast was not the best. The toaster only did one slice at a time and was very slow. The coffee was terrible. The lack of any on site catering other than breakfast was disappointing..

I did not like the breakfast buffet , not much. The room with not window. they should renovate the salon, looks old but staff is amazing and everything is clean!

the quitness in the area
the room os too basic.
there was no fridge, no locker for our passports and money, the breakfast was so poor the eggs were not at it is best plus cold, the room had no view what so ever.

The room was very good, clean.
The breakfast was quite basic, after the first morning, we didn't bother anymore. During the day, my son was trying to have his nap, but downstairs, there was an event, with very loud people. I would have liked the bed to be comprised of one piece. They wer every easily moving, ND you would turn 2-3 times, and then a gap would happen between the two bed pieces.

The room was modern, spacious and clean.
The staff on reception were great; helpful and friendly, and provided late checkout for us.

The bed was nice and comfy.
A mini fridge would be beneficial as well as information in room of local area. Room service option or somewhere to buy coffee etc.

The room was clean and the position of the hotel is great.
You are not finding into your room: slippers, bathrobe, mini bar, fridge, menu for ordering food or drinks.
The breakfast is not so varied.

Location isn’t ideal, particularly being a short walk (15-20mins) to nearest train station to get into Madrid. Train itself is a bit of distance from the centre (25mins or so). However, number of lines run through the station so not bad.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and confortable rooms.
I never liked places where you have liquid soap in the shower. In this case even that was almost depleted. Not much to do in Torejon, but it was a business trip after all :)
