A great location and close to the sea. Facilities in the apartment
The property is a little dated but very functional

The location and the service. Grgur was an incredible host who understands customer service and provides it without any fuss. The apartment is incredibly close to the Sea Organ and the town centre. Wish we had stayed longer. We felt very safe in the City and will rebook without batting an eyelid.
Nothing.

You can see the Adriatic from the living room window. This property is so close to the promenade and the sea organ. The washing machine was fantastic to have in the middle of a two week trip. The bathroom was large. The host was great to work with and very helpful. The unit is very large with a large living room and large bedroom. It was very nice to have parking at this location.
I did not like that the main door to the building is not locked even though the host provided a key code. The halls to get to the unit were dark and dirty. This property is also right across an alley from the municipal court building, so there was an ambulance and police cars right behind the property. You have to drive up a very steep curb to get to the garage and it is a tight fit to pull into the garage. The apartment uses physical keys. I prefer to have either key cards like a hotel or door codes.

The apartment is very spacious! The bed is huge and comfortable! We had a one night stop in Zadar and the location was perfect to see all the attractions. I loved the washer / dryer combo. The air conditioning worked great. And there’s a stereo to listen to music. The correspondence was amazing and very detailed! Everything we needed was in the apartment. Laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoo, and body wash. All my questions were answered immediately.
Finding the parking is tricky but if you follow the details instructions its spot on.
