Apartament jest przestronny i wygodny. Wyposażenie takie jak klimatyzacja, zmywarka czy pralka jest w pełni sprawne. Mieszkanie składa się z 2 sypialni, dużego pokoju wypoczynkowego, łazienki, oddzielnej kuchni i balkonu. Jest usytuowane w historycznej części miasta, w zasięgu bardzo krótkiego spaceru do m.in. promenady, zabytków, sklepów, restauracji czy targowiska ze świeżymi , lokalnymi produktami typu owoce. Jest to strefa wyłącznie dla pieszych, ale do miejsca gdzie może podjechać taxi jest bardzo blisko. Do plaży z ratownikami, prysznicami itp. ok. 15 minut spaceru przyjemną drogą. Okna zapewniają wystarczającą ochronę akustyczną. Z balkonu rozciąga się ładny widok na stare miasto i morze. Nie ma windy, ale dla osoby bez niepełnosprawności to nie powinien być problem. To nie jest historyczny budynek, także klatka schodowa jest dość wygodna. Gospodarz jest komunikatywny, pomocny i można na niego liczyć. Ogólnie rzecz ujmując ten apartament to dobry wybór.

A wonderful apartment with views over the rooftops of the Old Town and towards the sunset. The apartment itself matched the description perfectly. A very pleasant host.

Beste Lage direkt in der Altstadt

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the old town. The windows are double glazed, so you can't hear the noise of the busy streets unless you choose to open the windows or balcony door. The balcony overlooks two Venetian towers and the lovely red roofs of the old town. There were concerts going on while we were staying at the apartment. It was lovely sitting on the balcony, listening to the music, and seeing the citadel lit up all colourful. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Nice big comfy living room. Clean towels and bedding. The host was fantastic. Our flight was late arriving, but he still came out to meet us at the apartment at 1am. He followed up with restaurant suggestions and assistance with booking trips. Close to all the restaurants and the 'beaches'. Zadar doesn't have any real sandy beaches, but there are plenty of pebble beaches, or you can just lie down on the harbour front. Take water shoes with you. The sea is perfect for snorkelling, crystal clear.

We knew in advance the apartment had many steps, we counted 95. The payoff is the good view from the balcony and all windows, but if you are very unfit or have mobility issues, you will struggle. More pillows are needed! There is one pillow per person and it's like sleeping on a cotton wall pad, very flat.
