Hotel creates a relaxing and tranquil environment that would be great to revive your senses. It would be an enjoyable place for a couple to enjoy each other and themselves.

Large rooms. Had a balcony with a nice view. Large bathtub. Great amenities. Directly next to a great outlet mall with many stores, restaurants, and a grocery store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle service from Sendai Station. We would definitely stay here again.

To make matters worse, the staff seemed ill-equipped to handle issues effectively. When I raised concerns about the unsanitary conditions, their response was lackluster and unhelpful. There was a clear lack of professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the hotel's infrastructure was outdated and in dire need of renovation. The furniture was worn-out, the carpets were stained, and the overall ambiance felt tired and neglected. It was evident that the hotel was not investing in maintaining a comfortable and modern environment for its guests. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless they make significant improvements in their cleanliness standards, staff training, and infrastructure. It's crucial for a hotel to prioritize hygiene, promptly address customer concerns, and provide a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short on all accounts, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with my stay.
