We loved the history and the fun dress-ups. The staff are absolutely lovely, the kitchen was clean and well organized, the beds were comfy and it was surprisingly quiet at night. Lovely sunny front garden and easy walking to shops and cafes. We can’t wait to come back!

A very unique venue to spend a night at, it has character and charm. The room was comfortable and clean. Shared bathrooms only and a very dorm feeling if you do not mind that.

So unique and exactly as advertised. Pretty sure it's haunted too but that adds to the experience
The neibours were having a drinking session in the park next door but hey, each to their own.

loved that it made me look around and think that this was a jail one time. and I did like the TV Room. the bed room was ok
I have already emailed the staff about this. and it must have been just one of thoughts a moment in someone else life to think it was a good idea to try and go through my things when I was not quite asleep. so, of course I stayed awake for the next person please try and keep your things in a locker. but my one was taken by someone else.
