Boxpackers Pratunam

Location was in the heart of bangkok

Elevator a bit slow

Great location. Walking distance to most basic needs such as convenience store, restaurant, mall and alike.

We expected a 24-hr reception. Apparently when we arrived around 5am there was no one who assisted us. Lights are all off, doors are locked and no staff was present. The telephone number provided by the property in Booking.com is not working. Sent a request for an early check-in a week before arrival but no response. The receptionist said that Booking.com is at fault since they have no control whatsoever. Check-in is done in the establishment across Boxpackers Pratunam which is a bit confusing. After sales customer service is poor this is based on my personal experience.
