The location and staff
The lighting was dimmed. Had to ask the staff to provide additional lights

Thank you, and a special thank you to the reception manager—she was incredibly kind. My issue was promptly addressed and resolved, resulting in a truly comfortable stay. I am deeply grateful to her and the hotel management; I wish I could mention her name, but I have forgotten it. Thank you to her and the entire staff.
I liked everything.

The location is perfect as it is next door to Platinum Mall. There are many fresh food and drinks choices right outside the hotel. Walking distance to Big C, Graysorn Mall, Central World and Siam Paragon (quite a distance but reachable via R Walk). While the hotel is always busy, the elevators are fast and front desk is responsive to calls and requests.
I have stayed here more than a decade ago and while the hotel is showing its age, its amenities cannot be beat. Just expect a lot of people at the lobby as it is quite busy with numerous guests.
