5-star feel without the 5-star prices. Perfect for families. It has something for everyone: 3 pools, beach access, kayaking, gym, spa, lawns. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

Rooms are not the cleanest. Our bathroom smelled because the overhead exhaust fan kept pulling up a nasty smell from the drain. Switch of the exhaust fan, and the smell disappered. Too bad, the light and fan used the same switch - so we had to bear with it. We stayed in a mid-tier room. Decent size, but the friends who were staying in the adjoining room were not happy with the cleanliness in their bathroom. Also the bathroom area is quite small. The food is average and more expensive than I would have imagined. No beef or pork on the menu, which is strange considering this is Goa. Breakfast spread is decent, by hotel standards but not great or exceptional. However, you will find something that suits you.

The property is at a good location and has a good gym and pool facility.

The rooms are too old. Broken. And they delayed the check in process and did not give rooms together for one night. Frequent lizard and bug problems. Balcony room was promises without any view. Just a wall in front. Quality of breakfast was average nothing to look out for.
