Food and infrastructure was good. Television and internet was provided and working properly. Sufficient water was provided. Generator was used at the time of load shed to avoid total darkness. Were generous enough to provide a Kettle when asked for.

The rooms were not as spacious. The approach road was horrible and it is an extremely hard task to squeeze the vehicle into the very narrow lane. The parking was also not available in front of the building and had to park nearby which was again a task. The property and the adjacent property were in development and hence a lot of construction was going on nearby, hence the view wasn't picturesque.

Stay was perfect. The only issue was with the parking space . There is no proper parking on premises, we had a big 7 seater car and had parked it outside as the pathway to the hotel was very narrow and steep.

lack of privacy , overpriced

Thank you for having us, we had a lovely stay. Big room with two balconies - very clean. The pool is a quiet haven surrounded by greenery. The staff were very nice & helpful and location was great. Scooters are available to hire too, We had a great stay :)

The staff were so friendly and very helpful The on site cafe was very affordable and the food was lovely The pool was well maintained and very enjoyable and the garden area was lovely to sit/eat in or relax with a beer 15 min walk to the beach

I liked everything

Rooms are large and neat. Swimming pool area is good to spend time. Property is in good condition. Looks like a resort. Close to arambol bus stop.

the pool area is very cool and chill, they have a nice little reading nook there too also you can rent scooters for 500 a day which is pretty fair

the location is super far from central goa (around an hour) there are ants everywhere in the room the sheets are covered in turmeric stains and even when we asked the sheets to be changed to clean ones, the new ones were still covered with stains
