The gentleman at the front desk was very kind to me being that it was my first visit to Verona. Everything from where I slept to what they provided was amazing. I’m glad I booked this instead of anywhere else. 100% customer service😊 I would definitely go back & recommend this to everyone.
I have none.

The place was as described. We were given a bigger room as we were travelling with a dog and Claudio was helpful on check in. As we were staying there with family too, the reception terrace area was nice to sit and have drinks together. Free parking was useful as its not possible to park in the centre of verona. The snacks at breakfast and water cooler were a nice touch.
The rooms were quite outdated and basic, bathrooms could do with an upgrade. The entrance lobby and stairwell are rather grubby as the B&B is located in a shared apartment building. The AC wasn't working very well and had a smell to it.

Property was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Nice selection of fruit and pastries in the common area. Quiet. Host was very helpful with suggestions for things to see in Verona and easy to contact.
