Regular cleaning of toilets

They should improve their standards, facilities and have the sense of value and appreciation of money. No geyser, still utilizing shared bathrooms and toilets, thats gross for a modern setup we need privacy.

Shared bathroom and toilets. The issue of no geyser, no wifi, no entertainment in the rooms(TV)

One of the receptionist was very rude,stayed there for 6 nights but never saw the manager even though I had asked to see one, could not sleep at night because of mosquito...I would not book at this place again

There was a mix up with my booking, so actually the room I'd booked was not available. However, the receptionist and the owner of the place took a quick action and secured me a room just next door. From what I saw, the room I was given was better than the originally booked one. It was spacious and clean enough. Appropriate value for the money.

I guess they should be more careful with their bookings, but otherwise I have no complaints about my short stay.
