Location was 100% for everything we wanted to see and do in York

Probably a full length mirror in the hallway and a tea towel for drying in the kitchen as we didn’t use the dishwasher also a kitchem roll would be handy

Lovely little apartment with plenty of space for the family. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location. Everything was in walking distance and the little Sainsbury’s store was perfect for grabbing the few extra things we needed.

A little disappointed that a few areas in the apartment seem to have been overlooked by cleaning. Particularly the sink in the kitchen. There was a slight smell from the sink drain although I do appreciate these buildings are old and sometimes that can’t be helped. Also, as we sat down to watch television in the evening, we did notice that underneath the television stand there was a popped balloon and a lot of dust. obviously this area had been completely overlooked. However the bedrooms the bathrooms and general areas were very clean.

I booked the apartment to take my sister and husband there to celebrate her 70th birthday. Unfortunately my husband had an accident the week before and ended up in hospital. I contacted the company to say I couldn’t go but my sister would still go. I always had immediate replies to my messages and they totally understood the situation. My sister said she had a fabulous stay in Churchill apartments, very clean and so comfortable. The view over to the Abbey was lovely. Hoping I can come up to York when husband is recovered to stay in you gorgeous apartment

Nothing to dislike at all

Close location, parking included and easy to access

Bed was uncomfortable and could have done with a deeper clean
