Ananda Resort Seminyak

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Family Stay We stayed 3 nights at Ananda Resort Seminyak during our family Bali vacation. The owner was very charming and welcoming, and the front desk and cleaning staff were excellent. Our room was large, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. The location was also very convenient for walking. Friendly owner, excellent front desk and cleaning staff, spacious room, nice balcony, and convenient location.

Breakfast staff could be more attentive and welcoming to guests.

The staff were very accommodating (as we had to leave another hotel due to uncleanliness) so booked this and arrived 30 minutes later , to a bed with flowers and peacock towel! Lovely pool , huge rooms and the bathroom was massive. Nice and quiet with lovely grounds. There were 3 great restaurants across the road.

As I read on another review, the breakfast is included , but "light". But that was not a deal breaker, we could get breakfast across the road.

Rooms great value, pool fab, location great

Internet basically non existence. Same happened last time we stayed there. Couldn't log into anything except occasionally by the pool. Seems to be a constant issue there. And even after enquiring and having it checked out, it would fail soon after. Pretty much didn't bother with it after a few days. Had to go to the office to get pool towels multiple times, not replaced through the day

The property in central to everything. The staff were lovely and helpful. The grounds were very nice.

I was advised it was a downstairs room. Yes, technically the ‘living room’ was downstairs, as was the couch and fridge. BUT, up 2 very narrow and steep flights of stairs was a small room with a dodgy door handle that looked like with a good pull would come straight off, the safe was not attached to anything so you could just walk away with it and you could not lock the room downstairs if you left the place. It only locked from the inside. I took the money I’d paid as a lesson learned and booked elsewhere and left immediately.
