The location and how quiet and peaceful it is even though right near main streets of semyniak.
We enjoyed the fact that food, massage places and semyniak square was only a 10 mins walk. Many little shops around. Laundry service across the road. If you needed anything, staff are so quick to respond and help out.
Some better lighting in the main outdoor area to see what we’re eating 😆 but that’s being picky. A ceiling fan is needed in that outdoor area.
At night bats will come out and droppings will be found all over the floor but that’s unavoidable I guess and staff are very quick at cleaning it up if need be.

Our 3 bedroom villa was amazing and spacious.
Staff were amazing and food was exceptional.
The kitchen area needs a good clean but mostly no problems.
The location is great however the gate down the end of the property needs to be able to be accessed to guests so we don’t have to walk on the busy road. There’s a gate there but couldn’t get in or out through it.

Staff were great, location good and villa was clean.
No hot water, beds very hard. everything about the villa could do with some maintenance.
