Nothing to like for this property as their service is non-existent.

I stayed for one night and the experience was extremely poor . One of the lady in the restaurant actually asked us to keep the plates down while we were eating as it’s apparently time up for breakfast. We were not even taking anything new , we were just trying to finish what we have taken. Reception hardly picks up the phone. They charged exorbitant rate for their cab rides. Their changes kept on increasing by every minute. Initially they said can transfer will take 1200 INR, then within 10 minutes they called back and said can prices has now increased it is 5000INR and finally when we reached there , they said it’s now 7500INR and mind it is just one trip of say 5 miles. Their food is awful , they really don’t know what they are doing … Anyways , will never ever go to any of Novotels and will never recommend this hotel to anyone either.

Room was very spacious and food was very nice staff behaviour chitra help me with smooth check out and Uttam was very helpful
