Locanderia Roma

Location is great; easy to walk everywhere especially the Coloseum and surrounds. Also very quiet at night.

I feel they should've noted that the bigger room (one bed apartment) is in the basement - so it was quiet dark; and we we would've opted for a smaller room if it provided more light and better views.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, very close to the metro, bus, and tram stops, and within walking distance of the Colosseum. A Carrefour Express is just a 4-minute walk away, making it super convenient to pick up any essentials. We really appreciated the welcoming gifts on our first day, including wine, sweets, and Coca-Cola in the fridge. Andrea is an exceptionally helpful and kind host with great communication throughout our stay. The apartments are cleaned daily, and the fridge is regularly restocked with food and drinks. Breakfast delivered by Andrea every morning around 8:00–8:30 AM was a really nice touch! However, if you are staying for a longer period, it can get a bit repetitive as the breakfast selection remains basically the same every day.

If you are sensitive to noise, you might notice that sound insulation isn't perfect and you can hear other guests at times. However, given the location and service, I highly doubt you could find anything better at this price in the neighborhood, nearby hotels cost at least twice as much.

Great location -- a ten minute walk from the Colosseum. Friendly staff -- grazie Andrea, Matteo. Very clean. Lots of snacks.

The property was clean and very close the the colosseum. I was a little disappointed to be in the bottom level where we had to go down stairs because I booked it bases on elevator acres for my husband with a bad knee but it ended up being OK for him. The internet service was also difficult being down but we managed! It was very clean “breakfast” was just okay but not a dealbreaker. We were very thankful to be able to check in early as we arrived early in the morning. I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you Andrea!
