Domus Iulia - Colosseo is an AirBNB, not a hotel. It had 6 or so bedrooms. And a large shared Kitchen. The room we stayed in was #1 and was very large, with a cabinet that held all or our cloths.
The only part of the facility was that the bathroom was not in the bedroom. It was a few feet in another room but to be used only by ourselves. It appeared that all the bedrooms had separate bathrooms. I would have given the facilities question a 5 except for the bathroom being separate. Just inconvenient in the middle of the night when you have to go.

The room was nice and clean. Host was responsive and it was easy to get in and out. The location was pretty good, especially for the Colosseum. The bed was really comfortable.
We were there for four days and they did not clean our room during that time. Also, there were some tiny little ants in the shared kitchen and in our room.

Ease of self check in, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was exactly what we wanted.
Nothing really. We are on a month long trip through Europe so had 2 large suitcases, once opened not a lot of room to move but that was also fine.
