The Sakala Resort Bali All Suites

We had such a wonderful stay! The facilities were great, the beds were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. They decorated the room beautifully, and the team was incredibly accommodating and helpful even before we checked in. It really made the whole experience feel extra special. The breakfast was also incredible, with a great selection and everything being delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back!

The only area that could be improved was the communication with the reception. There were a few occasions when we had to call several times to get assistance in the room or to have someone come up to help with our luggage at check-out. There seemed to be some miscommunication at times. The housekeeping was also fine overall, but there is still some room for improvement to make the cleaning even more thorough.

Unfortunately just that no sunset view and the beach bar takes time for the staff to attend to your order regardless the staff are so nice and helpful

So much to do and so many eateries to choose from. The staff was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like however, it is looking a little tired with some upgrades needed.

Rooms where awful. Very dated, not that clean, balcony was unusable. We were on level 5 at the back of the hotel was so far from the reception area. Mark's on walls, furniture, bedding. Could do with some serious updates. Due to the poor standards of the rooms I would rate this a 3 star. (Definitely not a 5 star)
