The place was great, the check in staff were friendly
Room service made a couple of mistakes, one of the cleaning staff was a bit rude, but otherwise it was a great stay.

The experience was excellent! very friendly and helpful staff and we felt free to use facilities as required.
The bed was small for our family, but that's an option we can select when next staying here.

Friendly staff
Check in process took too long! Almost 20 minutes to check in. Also had pre arranged to hotel shuttle to pick up from airport but still ended waiting 30 minutes for the vehicle to arrive.

Waiting for hours before given a room. And given a king sized room even though I paid for a bigger room, queen sized

The room was run-down with lots of damage to the wall, old furniture and depressing colours of curtains and walls. Business-Center and gym were closed due to Easter!!!!!!

Love the comfy beds but not the pillows was too strong to sleep on.
Arrived and had to carry my own luggage to the room myself from check in and check out. Tv wasn’t working

Amazing stay at the Holiday Inn! I will stay here every time I come to POM. The staff was amazing! I can't say enough good things about them.

I really enjoyed the fact that I could choose what I wanted and had to pay a little extra to do that.
Port Moresby is a tough place and I felt safe the whole time I was in the Holiday Inn grounds.
