The location, the house, the comfy and cosy room and the host.

Lovely location in an old farm house tucked away on a quiet country lane, but all necessary amenities 2 mins away. Friendly, helpful staff, and very peaceful place.

Friendly and helpful host
Great breakfast cooked to order and very reasonably priced (£10 extra)
Situated in a quirky and traditional farmhouse
Shared bathroom and only one shower was a bit tricky but there are limited options in such an old traditional farmhouse, I guess. Would be nice to have a small sink in the bedroom but the kettle was full on arrival at least.

The property was amazing with very friendly hosts. The rooms were neat and clean. The toilets were very hygienic and well maintained. This is a highly recommended stay for everyone looking to spend a few days travelling around Lake district. The stay is accessible and very close to grocery stores and town centre.
