The kettle in my room was disgusting - not fit for human use . Pics attached .

The room was clean and everything worked inside. Bathroom was excellent. The location was ideal for our purpose.
There was a problem with getting the key. Information was not sent to the right phone number and because it was weekend, the contact phone number did not respond. Luckily we found someone to help (not staff) to contact the manager, but if not we would have been locked out of the accommodation. This place was better when it was a hotel and provided breakfast, rather than a HMO, but the hotel is now in a sad state. I hope they re-vitalise it.
