The spa is pretty standard but the pool is very big, which was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. There is parking.
The jacuzzi wasn't working. There were not slippers and hairdryer in the room which is standard to have, but the staff gave us those things when we asked. They have massages only in the winter.

Hosts and staf were wery friendly and acomodating. They helped me with unplaned early checked in. They had understanding when booking canceled my payment. Always supportive!
Room was specious, breakfast rich, transport to gondola well organised
There are not much time between brekfast start and first shuttle to gondola

The hotel has a great location but it needs some renovations- our bathtub was blocked and it wasn’t great experience having a shower. We don’t know how often the cleaning staff check the rooms but no one checked on us for two days. Giving the feedback with mixed feelings- the swimming pool is great( also needs a bit of renovation) and their sauna.
